Reception & Cashier Staff (all genders)
BTV Vier Länder Bank AG is seeking a reception and cashier staff member who can assist customers in using virtual advisory and information systems and who has completed training in business or tourism and possesses strong communication skills. The position offers a minimum gross monthly salary of €2,619.73 for full-time employment.
Tasks
- You will assist our customers in using our self-service virtual advisory and information systems, as well as our online banking applications
- You will cover our core working hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Requirements
- A completed degree in economics or tourism
- Enjoyment of interacting with people and strong communication skills
- A friendly, customer-oriented manner
- Organizational skills and the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks
- You are comfortable using technical devices and have a basic knowledge of MS Office 365
We offer
