Reception & Cashier Staff (all genders)
BTV Vier Länder Bank AG is seeking a receptionist and teller to assist customers with virtual consultation services and online banking applications. The position requires a degree in business or tourism, strong communication skills, and experience working with technical equipment.
Tasks
- They assist our customers in using our virtual advisory services, the self-service area, and our online banking applications
- You will be working at our BTV branches in the Innsbruck area
Requirements
- A completed degree in economics or tourism
- Enjoyment of interacting with people and strong communication skills
- A friendly, customer-oriented manner
- Organizational skills and the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks
- You are comfortable using technical devices and have a basic knowledge of MS Office 365
