Full-Time Receptionist & Cashier (all genders)
BTV Vier Länder Bank AG is seeking a full-time Reception & Teller to work at its branches in Dornbirn and Bregenz, providing support to customers in the self-service area and with online banking services. This position requires completion of a vocational apprenticeship in business or tourism, as well as very good German language skills and a customer-oriented demeanor.
Tasks
- Keep devices safe
- You will assist our customers in using the self-service area and online banking applications
- You will cover our core working hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Your area of responsibility covers our BTV branch in Dornbirn as well as Bregenz
Requirements
- A completed vocational training program in business or tourism
- Excellent written and spoken German; exclusively German-speaking business environment
- Enjoyment of interacting with people and strong communication skills
- A friendly, customer-oriented manner
- Organizational skills and the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks
- You are confident in using technical devices and have a basic knowledge of MS Office 365.
We offer
- The minimum salary for this full-time position is 2,619.73 EUR gross per month.
