Reception & Cashier Staff
BTV Vier Länder Bank AG is seeking a full-time reception and teller staff member for its Dornbirn location to support the team and assist customers in using advisory services and online applications. The position offers a minimum gross salary of 2,615.73 EUR for full-time work and fair, competitive compensation.
Tasks
- They assist our customers in using our virtual advisory services, the self-service area, and our online banking applications
- You will cover our core working hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Requirements
- A completed degree in economics or tourism
- Excellent written and spoken German (at least C1)
- Enjoyment of interacting with people and strong communication skills
- A friendly, customer-oriented manner
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- You are confident in using technical devices and have a basic knowledge of MS Office 365.
