Part-time receptionist & cashier (all genders)
BTV Vier Länder Bank AG is seeking a part-time (25 hours per week) receptionist and teller to assist customers with virtual advisory services and online banking applications. The ideal candidate will have completed a degree in business or tourism, possess strong communication skills, and have experience working with technical equipment.
Tasks
- They assist our customers in using our virtual advisory services, the self-service area, and our online banking applications
- Part-time position (25 hours per week)
Requirements
- A completed degree in economics or tourism
- Enjoyment of interacting with people and strong communication skills
- A friendly, customer-oriented manner
- Organizational skills and the ability to see the big picture and prioritize tasks efficiently
- You are confident in using technical devices and have a basic knowledge of MS Office 365.
