Tasks

• Deputizing for the Head of Specialist Processing in his absence
• Co-responsible for ensuring optimal administrative services for the bank in the following areas: Regulatory system, master data, payment services, accounting, ICS and quality / compliance, CDB and money laundering ICS and quality control
• Supporting and relieving front and administrative staff with administrative work for all business cases that arise
• Management of ATMs and cash management
• Telephone customer service in the agency area and transferring incoming calls to the responsible contact person
• Possibility to supervise the trainee in the technical processing

Requirements

• Completed banking training
• Experience in a comparable function and knowledge in the areas of exchange rates and compliance
