Your tasks:

• You are part of a great and motivated team.
• You manage pension and vested benefits accounts, process incoming and outgoing payments and carry out payment investigations.
• You support the customer advisors with questions about payment transactions / systems.
• You open up customer relationships and complementary basic services.
• You provide our customers with needs-oriented advice via digital and telephone channels and provide information on our products and services.

Your requirements:

• You have completed a banking apprenticeship or have relevant professional experience in the commercial sector.
• You actively shape the further development of the team.
• You are characterized by independent and responsible action.
• You work together in a team with enthusiasm and an upbeat manner.
