Tasks

  • You are responsible for the customer service and customer management process for private and corporate customers
  • You will support the customer advisors with administrative tasks, commuter management and telephone arrivals
  • You relieve the consultants in cross-selling topics such as cards, e-banking, accounts, etc.
  • You help with the preparation/follow-up of customer appointments

Requirements

  • You have a commercial education, preferably with a banking apprenticeship
  • You have a penchant for administrative work and are used to working accurately
