Raiffeisenbank Zurich is looking for a front office support employee (f/m/d) for the administrative processing of customer concerns and support for private customer advisory services. The position offers individual development, the ability to work in a team and a responsible corporate culture.

Job description

Tasks

  • Administrative processing of all team-supported customers
  • Telephone processing of customer enquiries in the areas of payment transactions, savings and pensions
  • Support for private client advisory services in administrative activities
  • Recognizing customer needs and clarifying customer problems over the phone and in person, as well as referring them to the relevant specialist
  • Internal specialist advisor and contact person for relationship services, special accounts, inheritance and estate protection measures
  • Sporadic clean-up and control tasks on behalf of the bank

Requirements

  • Completed banking training or commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience; preferably with front office or banking experience
  • Good knowledge in the area of basic services
  • Personal responsibility, high flexibility and ability to work in a team
  • Good quality thinking and high resilience
  • Strong service orientation towards bank clients and external stakeholders
