The Valais Cantonal Bank is seeking a staff member for the Upper Valais Regional Office to assist the Regional Manager with administrative and organizational tasks and to ensure coordination between various departments and teams. The position requires a business background, experience in banking, and a good command of French.

Tasks

You will support the regional manager in all administrative, organizational, and coordination tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the regional manager in administrative, organizational, and coordination tasks
  • Coordination and collaboration between the various segments and teams in the region
  • Preparation of reports for management and statistical evaluations
  • Organization, preparation, and follow-up of meetings and internal and external events
  • Supporting advisors in corporate banking, particularly in administrative and credit-related matters
  • Link between headquarters and the region

Requirements

For this position, we are looking for someone who:
  • Has commercial training and, ideally, experience in banking
  • Not only possesses digital competence, but also actively uses and develops it further
  • Clearly defined priorities, acts responsibly, and exercises the utmost discretion
  • Enjoys working independently, has strong analytical skills, and impresses with a precise and structured approach to work
  • Has a good command of French
