Credit Analyst, Corporate Clients (all genders)
BTV Vier Länder Bank AG is seeking a credit analyst for corporate clients, whose primary responsibilities will include risk management, credit assessment and decision-making, as well as participation in projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business and several years of professional experience, as well as strong organizational skills.
What you can expect:
- Contributing to risk management at the portfolio level, particularly through the ongoing analysis and assessment of relevant early warning indicators.
- Gradual assumption of responsibility for independent credit assessments and credit decisions—depending on your level of professional development and experience.
- Active participation in cross-functional projects focusing on credit risk-related issues and process optimization.
- Responsibility for ensuring that credit documentation is complete, consistent, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as ensuring high data quality through structured control processes.
- Completion of a targeted and structured training program that gradually prepares you to work independently in credit analysis.
What you bring to the table:
- Completed business education (HAK, HBLA, or similar) with several years of professional experience, or a degree in business
- Working independently, with a focus on results and solutions
- Strong organizational skills
- A confident demeanor and decisiveness
We offer:
- A minimum gross monthly salary of €3,475.01 for full-time employment
- Compensation based on current market conditions and your qualifications and experience
