Support Services Accident Employee (m/f/x)

Vaudoise is looking for an employee in Accident Benefits Support (40-100%) for 12 months to assist the Personal Insurance Services department. The position involves various support tasks, such as reviewing claims, checking medical records, and handling correspondence.

Tasks

  • Various support tasks for administrators in the proactive handling of accidents
  • Review of minor claims
  • Checking medical records and, if necessary, triage to the relevant department
  • Writing simple correspondence and conducting telephone conversations
  • Payment of daily allowances
  • Payment of medical bills

Requirements

  • Ideally, you have experience in an administrative role.
  • Continuous German
  • Structured and precise way of working
  • Affinity for using and learning IT programs
