Vaudoise is looking for an employee in Accident Benefits Support (40-100%) for 12 months to assist the Personal Insurance Services department. The position involves various support tasks, such as reviewing claims, checking medical records, and handling correspondence.
Tasks
- Various support tasks for administrators in the proactive handling of accidents
- Review of minor claims
- Checking medical records and, if necessary, triage to the relevant department
- Writing simple correspondence and conducting telephone conversations
- Payment of daily allowances
- Payment of medical bills
Requirements
- Ideally, you have experience in an administrative role.
- Continuous German
- Structured and precise way of working
- Affinity for using and learning IT programs
