Employee Risk & Compliance Business Support (f/m/d) 50%Tasks
- Creating and revising PowerPoint presentations
- Supporting, coordinating and administrative support for the entire management team in the Risk & Compliance department
- Committed, conceptual and operational implementation of projects
- Organization of events, workshops
- Support in the coordination of various cross-departmental tasks
- Execution of ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Responsibility for the organization and coordination of various cross-departmental tasks
Requirements
- Commercial training, further training in business administration or equivalent training
- Experience in consulting or management support with experience in finance an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint are mandatory
- Stylistic communication in German (written and spoken) and precise working methods
- Enjoy administrative activities but also complex topics
- Experience in the financial sector an advantage
- Dividing the workload into five half-days is a big plus
