As an employee in the claims department, you provide proactive and straightforward support to customers in the event of a claim. You contribute to the trust placed in Mobiliar as the most personal insurance company in Switzerland.

Job description

Tasks

  • You support our customers in the event of a claim in all sectors - from reporting it to closing it.
  • You inspect the damage on site.
  • You convey security to our customers with regard to claims work.
  • You maintain a close exchange with your team and all parties involved in the event of a claim.
  • You inspire our customers with your high level of service.

Requirements

  • Completed basic training, preferably in the insurance industry, with a commercial background or training in the technical field with additional commercial training
  • Enjoying contact and accompanying customers and clients in the event of a claim or on site
  • High motivation to learn new things in a varied field of activity
  • Practical and independent way of working
  • Responsible, empathetic and open personality
  • Confidence in using Office products and digital affinity
  • Fluent written and spoken German, knowledge of other languages is a plus
