- Monitoring and avoiding compliance risks
- Shared responsibility for overall risk management
- Joint responsibility for the areas of accounting, controlling and reporting
- Ensuring high data quality & contact person for external auditors
- Specialist support for frontline staff
- Further development of processes and project work
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in the Swiss banking sector
- Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial action
- High IT affinity and very good knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Enjoyment of progressing as part of a team, but also the ability to work independently
- Reliable, precise working methods with the highest quality standards
- High willingness to learn, open to new content, tasks and responsibilities
