As a sales support employee, you support customers and insurance advisors at the Frauenfeld General Agency and are responsible for administrative activities and organization. You will ensure the safety and satisfaction of customers and help with the supervision of apprentices.

Tasks

  • The core of your job is daily customer contact. You will advise our customers and help to supervise and support our apprentices in their first year of training.
  • With your organizational skills and flair for administrative tasks, you will draw up quotations, process applications and coordinate appointments.
  • Together with our insurance and pension advisors, you set the course for the smooth processing of customer business. Together we go the extra mile for our loyal customers.

Requirements

  • Completed basic commercial training, professional experience in the insurance industry
  • Insurance intermediary VVV (all sectors: life and non-life)
  • Enjoy direct customer contact and close teamwork
  • Helpfulness and customer enthusiasm are your passion
  • Independent, reliable way of working
  • Authentic, winning and empathetic personality
  • Fluency in German, knowledge of other languages is a plus
