- Link to our specialist department at the management level
- Preparation of quotations
- Processing of applications
- Coordination of appointments
- Advising our customers on the phone and at the counter
- Smooth handling of customer and partner business together with our insurance and pension advisors
- Processing of inquiries from brokers
Requirements
- Completed training in the commercial sector
- Professional experience in the insurance industry
- Enjoy direct customer contact and close teamwork
- Independent and pragmatic way of working
- Open, empathetic and loyal personality
- Fluency in German, knowledge of other languages is a plus
