Tasks

  • Support for insurance and pension consultants in all sales processes
  • Support for insurance and pension consultants in all sectors for private and corporate clients
  • Link to our specialist department at the management level
  • Preparation of quotations
  • Processing of applications
  • Coordination of appointments
  • Advising our customers on the phone and at the counter
  • Smooth handling of customer and partner business together with our insurance and pension advisors
  • Processing of inquiries from brokers

Requirements

  • Completed training in the commercial sector
  • Professional experience in the insurance industry
  • Enjoy direct customer contact and close teamwork
  • Independent and pragmatic way of working
  • Open, empathetic and loyal personality
  • Fluency in German, knowledge of other languages is a plus
