Your tasks

• Representing the interests of the business unit in bank-wide projects and ensuring that they are taken into account in strategic decisions
• Taking responsibility for operational issues within the business unit and ensuring efficient processing

The Private Banking Team

The Private Banking team provides central support to the CEO and Sales in organizational, technical, and strategic matters. In the area of business development, you will be responsible for strategic and operational issues and will actively shape the further development of Zürcher Kantonalbank's private banking business. Your focus will be on the areas of "investing" and "retirement planning" as well as on project management for the development and implementation of innovative solutions.

Your profile

• Completed degree (university/university of applied sciences) in banking and finance, business administration, or economics, ideally supplemented by further training in the field of investments (e.g., CIIA, CFA)
• In-depth expertise in the field of investments and several years of professional experience in the project environment of a bank or in strategy consulting, preferably in the financial services sector
• Strong ability to collaborate across departments, combined with the strength to engage stakeholders, persuade them, and communicate confidently at senior level
• Structured, solution-oriented, and networked approach to work with an eye for the big picture
• High level of determination, perseverance, and enjoyment in completing projects efficiently and successfully
• Fluent German and very good English skills
