Tasks

  • Advising and supporting the sales department in identifying, assessing and processing risks as well as in managing and designing measures
  • Contact person for sales and other internal stakeholders for technical NFR issues
  • Support and implementation of measures to train and sensitize sales staff with regard to risk management practices and processes
  • Preparation of risk reports and presentations for senior management
  • Conducting thematic reviews to identify systematic risks

Requirements

  • University degree (university/university of applied sciences or other technical college), ideally with a specialization in business, banking, compliance and/or law
  • Experience in the banking industry in the identification, assessment, treatment and monitoring of non-financial risks (e.g. risks in the area of money laundering, sanctions, corruption, internal and external offenses as well as other compliance and operational risks)
  • Experience in advising and supporting private clients is welcome
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen sense and awareness of risk management
  • Conceptual skills that can be used profitably for the further development of control measures
  • You are cooperative and communicative in order to develop solutions in constructive dialog across various specialist departments
