Your tasks
- Collaboration in the Compliance department to ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines
- Cooperation with external compliance office and employees
- Contact for questions and information in the area of Legal & Compliance from day-to-day business (in particular adult protection, minors, inheritances, openings, tax issues, reporting obligations)
- Supporting the external compliance office with the regular compliance work in accordance with the annual plan and internal control system
- Preparation of improvement potentials
- Preparing reports for management and ensuring transparency and effective operations
- Analyzing transactions with increased risks and making clarifications with clients or internal departments
- Support in the implementation of projects
Your profile
- Degree from a university of applied sciences or comparable training is an advantage
- Experience in compliance/risk management or similar functions in a bank
- High quality awareness and commitment
- Analytical skills and quick comprehension
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
