Your tasks

  • Responsible for receiving and directing customers to the appropriate departments
  • Managing meeting and conference rooms, including service for our customers
  • Processing and responding to room reservation requests
  • Maintaining security systems and ensuring access for tradespeople and suppliers
  • Responsible for cleanliness and order in the reception areas
  • Providing information of all kinds in German and English

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in the service sector and several years of professional experience in reception, service, and/or concierge work (hotel, bank, or airline).
  • A well-groomed appearance, excellent manners, and qualities such as warmth, loyalty, and discretion are a matter of course for you.
  • You really enjoy working in customer service with direct customer contact.
  • You work independently, are highly flexible and reliable, and have a strong service orientation.
  • You feel confident using the common MS Office applications.
  • Fluent German and very good English skills
