Job description
Tasks
- On certain days, you will work at the counter in direct customer contact, where you will process our customers' deposits and withdrawals, money exchange and smaller orders in the area of basic services in a reliable and friendly manner
- You are a competent and friendly contact person for personal and telephone inquiries from our customers as well as for internal and external technical and support inquiries
- You work on projects and continuously make suggestions for improving processes and procedures
- You play an active role in the training of our interns and apprentices and share your knowledge
Requirements
- You have sound experience in a comparable function at a Swiss bank
- You are a committed, dynamic and responsible person who likes to take on service tasks, enjoys customer contact and appreciates working in a team
- You handle administrative tasks efficiently and in a solution-oriented manner and are very familiar with Microsoft Office programs
- Your service orientation and helpfulness make you a valued contact person both internally and externally
- You act with a high level of personal responsibility, work independently and have a high level of quality awareness
