Job description
Tasks
- On certain days, you will work at the counter in direct customer contact, where you will process our customers reliably and in a friendly manner, e.g. for deposits and withdrawals, currency exchange and smaller orders in the area of basic services
- You are a competent and friendly contact person for personal and telephone inquiries from our customers as well as for internal and external technical and support inquiries
- You work on projects and continuously make suggestions for improving processes and procedures
- You play an active role in the training of our interns and apprentices and share your knowledge
Requirements
- You have sound experience in a comparable function at a Swiss bank
- You are a committed, dynamic and responsible person who likes to take on service tasks, enjoys customer contact and appreciates working in a team
- You handle administrative tasks efficiently and in a solution-oriented manner and are very familiar with Microsoft Office programs
- Your service orientation and helpfulness make you a valued contact person both internally and externally
- You act with a high level of personal responsibility, work independently and have a high level of quality awareness
