Finance & Controlling Associate (80–100%)

Tasks

• Management of the bank's financial and accounts payable accounting
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as relevant analyses for bank management
• Assistance with budget preparation and financial planning
• Preparation of VAT and withholding tax returns
• Preparation of reports required by banking law and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining accounting records and preparing annual financial statements for portfolio companies and foundations
• Supporting and Mentoring a Student
• Participation in internal bank projects

Requirements

• Swiss Federal Certificate in Finance and Accounting, in the field of trust services, or comparable education or training
• Professional experience in finance and accounting in the banking, insurance, or financial sector
• Strong IT skills and excellent knowledge of Excel
• Familiarity with banking-specific processes and regulations
• Experience in the financial sector is a plus
• An independent, structured, and precise work style, along with a strong commitment to quality and a sense of responsibility—even in hectic situations
