Raiffeisenbank Regio Frick-Mettauertal is looking for an independent, committed and service-oriented person as a front office employee (80-100%) to support customers at various locations. The position includes customer processes, basic support, mediation of financial solutions and administrative work.
Job description
Tasks
- Customer reception and basic support physically on site, on the phone and via video consultation
- Competent and holistic basic solution and needs-based brokerage of financial solutions in the areas of payments/savings/provisions
- Cross-selling of all financial services
- Administrative work in the area of basic customer advice, opening new customer relationships, processing customer requests, processing correspondence; accompanying customers at the counters in the 24-hour zone and looking after the safe, specialist research
- Technical coordination of processes, support for digital channels/content in sales activities
