What are your tasks?
- Customer reception and basic advice physically on site | on the phone and via video consultation
- Competent and comprehensive advice as well as needs-based sales and financing solutions in the areas of payments|savings|provisions
- Cross-selling of all financial services
- Administrative work in the area of customer processing, fulfillment of legal requirements, processing of customer complaints, accompanying customers in the 24-hour zone and accompanying safe security specialists
- Integration of new processes, systems and digital channels/content in sales activities
