Tasks

  • Supporting and relieving client advisors in the administrative processing of transactions that arise
  • Administrative support for client advisors in the preparation of meetings
  • Processing customer orders and customer inquiries
  • Opening and managing customer relationships
  • Co-responsible for the efficient handling of administrative work
  • Contributing ideas to process management
  • Processing of dunning procedures in the basic customer area

Requirements

  • Completed banking training or equivalent training with business experience
  • Experience with Raiffeisen systems is an advantage
  • Enjoy administrative and independent activities, combined with a direct focus on performance
  • Reliable and precise way of working
  • Enjoy working in a team
