Staff Member, General Secretariat / Corporate Communications
St.Galler Kantonalbank is seeking a staff member for the General Secretariat and Corporate Communications (80–100%) to handle various organizational and administrative tasks. Tasks
You will handle various organizational and administrative tasks in the General Secretariat and Corporate Communications. These include:- Planning and organizing the weekly executive briefing
- Preparation of presentations for corporate communications as well as for the CEO’s internal and external appearances
- Administrative tasks in corporate communications, particularly managing internal and external communications and internal services
- Assistance in developing communication guidelines for employees and the media
- Other administrative and organizational tasks
Requirements
You have the following qualifications and experience:- Ability to work independently, attention to detail, dedication, and reliability
- Experience in organizing events or creating presentations (PowerPoint)
- Technical proficiency and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Handling confidential information in a diplomatic and responsible manner
- Business training (B2) and several years of professional experience
