Staff Member, General Secretariat / Corporate Communications
St.Galler Kantonalbank is seeking a staff member for the General Secretariat and Corporate Communications (80–100%) who works independently and has experience organizing events and creating presentations. The position involves various administrative and organizational tasks, such as planning briefings and creating presentations for corporate communications.
Tasks
You will handle various organizational and administrative tasks in the General Secretariat and Corporate Communications. These include:- Planning and organizing the weekly executive briefing
- Preparation of presentations for corporate communications as well as for the CEO’s internal and external appearances
- Handling administrative tasks in corporate communications, particularly maintaining the Hinterland newsletter “Kurz informiert”
- Assisting with the preparation of communications for employees and the media
- Assuming additional administrative and organizational responsibilities
Requirements
You should meet the following requirements:- Ability to work independently, attention to detail, dedication, and reliability
- Experience in organizing events or creating presentations (PowerPoint)
- Technical proficiency and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Handling confidential information in a diplomatic and responsible manner
- Business training (B2) and several years of professional experience
