Zuger Kantonalbank is looking for a Building Services & Infrastructure employee who will be responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of building services and properties. The position offers attractive conditions, flexible working models and a performance-related salary.

Job description

Your tasks

  • Responsibility for maintenance and troubleshooting of technical building systems, operating and office equipment and properties; ensuring a functioning infrastructure
  • Maintenance of the janitorial service including assistance in the fulfillment of orders, awarding and monitoring of repairs, projects, inspections, environments and special tasks
  • Part-time work at the counter and public area (MO-FR, 09:00-17:15; availability within one hour in the canton of Zug)
  • Processing of documentation and operating systems, processing of tickets and differences/malfunctions as well as carrying out checks and documentation
  • Active participation in the optimization of operational processes

Our requirements

  • Completed vocational training, ideally in the HVAC sector, with several years of experience in building services, preferably in a banking environment or in the area of service or project support
  • Technical understanding with manual skills and good knowledge of HVAC trades (especially plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning) and dealing with customers
  • Confident, personable appearance; organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. In addition, first-class service and service orientation
  • Very good written and spoken German (English an advantage) and confident handling of common information systems
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Proactive and solution-oriented way of thinking and enjoyment of work
