HR Services Employee (80–100%)

We are looking for a team member to join our HR team who will handle day-to-day HR tasks and manage HR administration. The position offers a wide range of responsibilities in a dynamic environment and attractive employment terms.

Job description

To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a dedicated individual who enjoys a wide range of operational HR tasks. In this role, you will work with the team to ensure professional and efficient HR administration and make sure that our operational HR processes run reliably and with a focus on service.

Tasks

  • HR Administration Throughout the Entire HR Life Cycle
  • Point of contact for employees regarding operational HR matters
  • Ensuring Smooth HR Operations
  • Contributing to the optimization and digitization of HR processes
  • Preparation of HR reports and statistics
  • As needed, provide ad hoc support to the HR teams (recruitment / projects)

Requirements

  • At least two years of operational HR experience (preferably in the banking sector)
  • Independence, integrity, and a personable demeanor, as well as quick comprehension and great
  • Excellent German language skills (minimum C1); ideally, excellent knowledge of Excel and HTML
