Tasks

We make our customers’ financial lives easier—both in person and online. To do this, we develop modern, life-stage-oriented solutions that we continuously refine and improve. As a member of the Project Management Office, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Ensuring clean project documentation, a consistent filing structure, and task and deadline tracking across all subprojects
• Support with reporting and ongoing invoice and cost control
• Provide support to project team members regarding questions about project standards, documentation, and the tools used (URA/Confluence), so that the team can focus on content, decision-making, and communication with stakeholders

Requirements

You have the following qualifications and qualities:

• A relevant college degree or course of study in business or computer science
• Initial experience in PMG or as a project assistant
• You have a fundamental interest in digitalization and IT, and you are able to learn the basics of banking
• You are known for your reliability, your ability to see the big picture, and a strong sense of team spirit
• You combine a high degree of personal responsibility with a professional demeanor and communicate respectfully with various stakeholders
