Tasks

• Processing loan applications: recording and checking the data and checking the completeness of the documents, preparing the contract documents, timely disbursement and debiting, filing the fully processed loan dossiers, balancing and repayment of loan items
• Management of the periodic sub-accounting of loan items, valuation of payments, construction processing, management of mortgage master data sheets
• Support for loan processing
• Opportunity to deputize for the Head of Credit Processing
• Assessment and approval of loan applications (private and corporate clients) in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Telephone and written communication with public authorities, insurance companies and other banks

Requirements

• Completed banking training and proven experience in the credit sector, preferably with Raiffeisen
• Service-oriented thinking and acting
• Independent, reliable and precise way of working
• Personal responsibility, flexibility and ability to work in a team
