Customer Data Employee

Your tasks
- Processing, maintenance, and control of all customer and account data
- Control and monitoring of compliance with regulations in the area of customer and account data
- Reviewing customer area documentation and providing advisory services, maintaining databases, and reviewing and optimizing order processing
- Support and answering questions from customer service departments
- Supporting cross-departmental offices with administrative tasks
Our requirements
- Completed commercial training or equivalent education
- Careful, service-oriented, reliable, and precise work
- Ability to think in context, act independently, and see oneself as part of a team
- Experience in the banking sector is an advantage
- Strong teamwork skills and enjoyment of working with customers and communicating with people
- Good IT user skills as well as interest in and understanding of IT processes
