Customer Support Representative 1 (m/f/d) 50%
Vaudoise is looking for a customer support representative (50%) to join its team in Chur—someone with several years of experience in the insurance industry who will be responsible for preparing quotes, processing claims, and providing customer service for both individual and business clients.
Tasks
- Preparing Quotes for All Industries
- Recording of Claims and Processing of Minor Claims
- Active collaboration with our field staff
- Close cooperation with our brokers
- Customer service over the phone and at the counter
- Support for Management
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably with VBV certification or comparable professional training
- Strong customer focus combined with a structured and efficient approach to work
- Independent, reliable and balanced personality
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Knowledge of Italian and other languages is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of insurance
- Dynamic, resilient, and an all-around talent in administration
