Customer Support Representative Broker & Partner (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You prepare quotations and process incoming insurance policies in the non-life sectors, particularly in the corporate sector.
• You provide professional support and assistance to our insurance brokers and broker advisors.
• You have direct contact with brokers and customers on the phone.
• You support customer support in the technical area in all non-life sectors.
• You will be responsible for inventory management, renewals, and processing renovations.
• You will be responsible for premium accounting and correspondence.

Requirements

• You have completed training in the insurance industry and the BVV, including the life insurance module; a federal certificate is an advantage.
• Working independently and on your own initiative are among your greatest strengths.
• Your German is stylistically confident in both spoken and written form.
• French and English are an advantage.
• You work independently, flexibly and are both sales and customer-oriented.
