Customer Support Representative Broker & Partner (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You will prepare quotes and process insurance applications in the non-life insurance sector.
• You are a specialist in the Life & Life insurance sectors as a broker account manager.
• You'll be in direct contact with brokers and clients—by phone, in writing, or in person.
• You will ensure continuity in technical customer support.
• You will be responsible for managing authorized representatives, renewals, renovation and restoration projects, and handling renovation work:
• errors in the premium billing process and correspondence.

Requirements

• You have completed an apprenticeship in the insurance industry and earned the VBV certification (including the life insurance module).
• You embody a professional: you are behavior-oriented and customer-focused.
• You have a flair for style in both writing and drawing.
• Knowledge of French and English is a plus!
• You work independently and flexibly, and thanks to your structured approach, you can keep track of customer issues—even in the most unusual situations—using sales-oriented language.
• You have good interpersonal skills, are a team player, are looking for a varied role, and—thanks to your structured approach to work—can keep a clear head even in challenging situations.
