Customer Support Employee with Development Prospects Management Team (m/f/d) 80-100%

Vaudoise is looking for a customer support employee with the prospect of a management role within the Bernese Oberland general agency. The position involves a wide range of tasks, such as supporting the sales team, preparing quotes, and providing customer service over the phone, with the aim of providing targeted support and development for the employee over the next two years.

Tasks

The following exciting tasks await you:
  • Supporting the sales team - You will work closely with our field consultants and ensure that they receive optimal support.
  • Preparation of quotations for both private customers and companies
  • Opening and processing of claims in the areas of property and asset insurance
  • Assuming responsibility for the practical training of the learner(s)
  • Telephone customer service—you are the first point of contact for our insurance partners and their customers.
  • Collaboration with specialist departments - You will work closely with internal specialists to find the best solutions for our customers.

Requirements

What sets you apart:
  • Completed training in the insurance industry with experience in customer support for a multi-line insurer
  • Good knowledge of insurance agencies is an advantage
  • VVB broker qualification is required. Further training in the insurance sector is an advantage—ideally, you already have this or are willing to pursue it.
  • Stylistic German in speech and writing
  • Sales and customer-oriented
  • Independent work and flexibility
  • Communicative and open personality
