Tasks

• Active collaboration with field staff
• Handling our brokers' concerns
• Providing telephone consultation and handling new applications and existing accounts as part of a diverse range of responsibilities across all insurance lines
• Customer service over the phone and at the counter
• Opening of Claims and Processing of Denied Claims
• Support for the remediation measures

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably with VBV
• A strong focus on customer service and a consistently friendly and helpful demeanor
• A structured and precise approach to work
• A Stylish Demeanor
• Fluency in Spoken and Written German
• Independence and Flexibility
• A calm and confident demeanor, even in difficult situations
• A dynamic individual who remains calm even in hectic situations, is resilient, and is not afraid to make decisions independently
