Customer Support Representative (m/f/d) 60%
Vaudoise is looking for a customer support representative (60% position) in Schwyz, Switzerland, with experience in customer support for a multi-line insurer and commercial training in the insurance industry. Tasks
The following diverse tasks await you:- Preparing and processing quotations and completing all related administrative tasks in the area of asset protection insurance with direct customer contact
- Posting and processing of premium receipts, in particular incorrect payments, as well as work related to dunning procedures
- Settlement of claims within the competence of the general agency
- Active cooperation with our sales representatives and brokers
- Direct customer contact on the phone and at reception
Requirements

- High level of service with a structured and efficient way of working
- Independent, reliable and balanced personality
- Stylish German in speech and writing
- Knowledge of French and other languages is an advantage
