• Preparation of offers in the areas of non-life and private pension provision
• Opening of claims and settlement of small claims
• Active cooperation with our sales representatives
• Direct customer contact on the phone and at the counter

Requirements

What sets you apart:

• Commercial training in the insurance industry and experience in customer support at an all-lines insurer
• VVG certification or industry-specific further training (e.g., professional certification) is an advantage.
• High level of service with a structured and efficient way of working
• Independent, dependable, and well-trained personality
• Organizational talent
• Stylistically confident German, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of French and other languages is an advantage
