The following diverse tasks await you:

• Preparation of quotations in the areas of non-life and private pension plans
• Opening of claims files and processing of minor claims
• Active cooperation with our sales representatives
• Direct customer contact on the phone and at the counter

Requirements

What sets you apart:

• Commercial training in the insurance industry and experience in customer support at an all-lines insurer
• VVB certification or industry-specific further training (e.g. specialist certificate) is an advantage
• High level of service with a structured and efficient way of working
• Independent, dependable, and well-balanced personality
• Organizational talent
• Stylistically confident German, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of French and other languages is an advantage
