Tasks
- Support for our customer support staff
- Preparing quotations in the non-life sectors in private customer business
- Handling of correspondence
- Providing service to the insurance partner and its customers over the phone
Requirements
- Completed training in the insurance industry with experience in the commercial sector
- Good knowledge of the insurance agency channel is an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Sales and customer-oriented
- Independent working style and flexibility
- Communicative and open personality
