• Customer service on the phone and at the counter
• Opening of claims and settlement of small claims
• Support with the renovation measures

Requirements

• Several years of insurance experience, preferably with VVG
• High level of customer focus and consistently friendly and helpful manner
• Fluent written and spoken German
• Self-confidence and flexibility
• Structured and precise way of working
• Calm and confident manner even in difficult situations
