Customer support employee (m/f/d)
Vaudoise is seeking a customer support representative (60–100%) for its general agency in Rapperswil-Jona, which operates on a hybrid model. The position involves providing customer support over the phone and in person, processing claims, and collaborating with field staff and brokers.
Tasks
- Active collaboration with field staff
- Handling our brokers' concerns
- Initiation of Claims and Processing of Legal Inquiries
- Clarification of Contractual Issues and Contract Amendments
- Customer service over the phone and at the counter
- Support for the remediation measures
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably with VBV
- A strong focus on customer service and a consistently friendly and helpful demeanor
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Independence and Flexibility
- A structured and precise approach to work
- A calm and confident demeanor, even in difficult situations
- A dynamic individual who isn't afraid to make decisions on their own
