Tasks

Active cooperation with the sales representatives of our brokers
Supporting the concerns of our brokers
Customer service on the phone and at the counter
Opening of claims and settlement of small claims
Support with the renovation measures

Requirements

Several years of insurance experience, preferably with VVB
High level of customer focus and consistently friendly and helpful manner
Fluent written and spoken German
Independent and flexible working
Structured and precise way of working
Calm and safe work even in difficult situations
