Vaudoise is looking for a customer support employee for its general agency in Sursee to support customers with questions about insurance cover and to settle claims. The position includes administrative tasks, customer contact and cooperation with sales representatives and brokers.

Tasks
- Preparation and processing of all insurance letters and handling of all associated administrative tasks with direct customer contact
- Settlement of claims within the competence of the general agency
- Active cooperation with our sales representatives and brokers
- Supervision and training of apprentices
- Direct customer contact on the phone and at reception
- Assistance with accounting matters
Requirements
- Commercial training in the insurance industry and experience in customer support at an all-lines insurer
- High level of service with a structured and efficient way of working
- Independent, reliable and balanced personality
- Confident written and spoken German
- Knowledge of French and other languages is an advantage
