Tasks

  • Preparation and processing of quotations and handling of all associated administrative tasks in the area of brokerage insurance
  • Settlement of claims within the competence of the general agency
  • Active cooperation with our sales representatives and brokers
  • Direct customer contact on the phone and at reception

Requirements

  • Commercial training in the insurance industry and experience in customer support
  • High level of service with a structured and efficient way of working
  • Fluent written and spoken German
  • Open, reliable and balanced personality
  • VBY certification an advantage
