Tasks

Preparation and processing of quotations and handling of all related administrative tasks in the field of insurance insurance
Settlement of claims in the area of responsibility of the general agency
Active cooperation with our sales representatives and brokers
Direct customer contact on the phone and at reception

Requirements

Commercial training in the insurance industry and experience in customer support
High level of service with a structured and efficient way of working
Fluent written and spoken German
Open, reliable and balanced personality
VBY certification an advantage
