Customer support employee (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Preparation of quotations in the areas of non-life and private pension plans
• Opening of claims and settlement of small claims
• Active cooperation with our sales representatives
• Direct customer contact on the phone and at the counter

Requirements

• Commercial training in the insurance industry and experience in customer support at an all-lines insurer
• BVB certification or industry-specific further training (e.g., professional certification) is an advantage.
• High level of service commitment with a structured and efficient approach to work
• Independent, reliable and balanced personality
• Organizational talent
• Fluent written and spoken German
• Knowledge of French and other languages is an advantage
